Nautical Alignment will no longer be accepting insurance. However, we are happy to provide you with a "superbill" which you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement!

• Chiropractic care is often partially covered, depending on your coverage.
• Most insurance providers do not cover Massage Therapy
